A clear path from scoping call to findings walkthrough

This page shows how we run mobile application audits for usability, security, and release readiness — so you know what to prepare and when decisions are needed.

Whiteboard planning session with sticky notes
  1. 1

    Scoping conversation

We learn your platforms, languages, known risk areas, and release date. You leave with a written scope: included flows, out-of-scope items, and a fee range.

  2. 2

    Access & build intake

You share staging builds, test accounts, device constraints, and store listing drafts. We confirm the audit can start on the agreed kickoff day.

  3. 3

    Structured review sessions

Reviewers run task-based usability walks, security posture checks, and release readiness items according to the commissioned package. Blocking crashes are reported early.

  4. 4

    Findings pack

Each issue includes context, severity, evidence notes, and a suggested next step. We avoid padding the pack with theoretical risks outside the agreed scope.

  5. 5

    Walkthrough & optional re-check

We present the pack live so owners can ask questions. After remediation, many teams book a follow-up review focused only on previously reported items.

What you prepare

  • Installable builds for the platforms in scope
  • Accounts covering guest and authenticated roles
  • List of flows that must work for launch
  • Store listing drafts and privacy questionnaire answers if release readiness is included

What we deliver

  • Prioritized findings with severity and owners suggested
  • Short executive summary for stakeholders
  • Release readiness checklist status when commissioned
  • Recording or shared notes from the walkthrough call
