A regional marketplace team booked a Full Release Readiness Audit with eight working days remaining before their preferred store slot. Builds were stable on Android; iOS still crashed on a secondary seller onboarding path.
We scoped Android as primary and treated iOS as a partial pass with known blockers called out. The usability track found checkout back-navigation that discarded cart state on low-memory devices. The security posture track noted a debug logging flag still enabled in the release candidate. Store listing screenshots showed a feature removed two sprints earlier.
The team deferred the iOS seller path, fixed logging and cart restore, and updated screenshots. They submitted on schedule for Android and returned for a follow-up remediation review on iOS two weeks later.

Findings included a calendar control that failed TalkBack labels, a OTP screen without a clear resend timer, and a success state that looked identical to an error banner. The clinic’s design team reworked those three screens before any security review was scheduled — a sequence they later said saved budget.
